Frances Anne Withers was born 18 October 1906 in Danville, Vermilion, Illinois and died on 19 March 1988 in O'Fallon, St. Clair, Illinois. She married Otto Henry Muench on 9 November 1924 in Danville, Vermilion, Illinois. Otto was born 15 May 1895, Washington, Franklin, Missouri and died the 9 April 1956 in Detroit, Wayne, Michigan. They had 2 children, Robert Howard Muench(1927) and Kathryn Ann Muench (Still Living).
